1999 Honda Accord Coupe EX

My 1999 Accord EX (75,000 miles) has been parked for about 3-months. I started driving it again a few days ago and the car jerks occassionally when I am accelerating. The jerks are very random. What could the problem be? Keep in mind it's only got 75,000 miles.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

welcome to the forum chicagocubsrule: enjoy your stay. check your spark plug connections, wires for condition, do you have fresh gas by now? check your airfilter for conditon, If you check your plug wires during the night while running (dark) see if there is any spark jump. Possible distributor arcing internal.fuel system dirty.gasoline can coke a bit when sitting a while
