Default 2008 Honda Civic

My Civic has been parked for almost 3 months. The battery died completely. I was able to jump it off and build the battery back up, so it's running again. However, whenever I open the door or start the car the headlights flash on and off for about 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure it's the anti theft system, but can't find how to reset it. You tube videos show a reset button under the dash that my car doesn't have. Any ideas?

welcome to the forum. might try disconnecting the battery terminal for a bit then hook it back up and see if that reset the system. you may need the radio code to reset the radio. if you don't the dealership can help you on that.
