2022 honda crv touring hybrid
I just purchased a new 2022 honda CR V Touring hybrid. I previously owned a 2013 Honda CR V EX L with navigation and loved it. I purchased the hybrid as a step toward having a full electric vehicle someday. Right now, I don't think the world (or the US) is ready. There are not enough long range affordable PHEV or EV vehicles available and not enough quick charge stations available. So, for now I am going to enjoy the new car smell of my hybrid and hope I get a few more mpg than my 2013 CR V gas engine. There is a lot to learn about this car. I am open to any tips and tricks you all have learned. I purchased the extended warranty through the car dealer. It wasn't cheap and I'm a little nervous about it because I don't understand everything I am reading. It seems, while driving it, this car is about 90% computer with a small gas engine in it. Help me understand, will the manufacturer warranty cover computer failures? I'm just looking to put my mind at ease and feel I did the right thing by going hybrid rather than the strictly gas engine I know so well. Thanks!

I just bought same car -- you like yours?
I just bought a '22 CRV Touring Hybrid, 55k miles. Also bought the expensive extended warranty and wondering if it's worth it.
Have you had to use yours yet? It's only been a week -- so far I love the car. Hope you love it as well. Thanks. |

Yo “dude”. The author of this thread was a post and poof so you are asking someone a question that is 3+ YEARS gone.
As for warranty, if you got one from Honda called Honda Care I can see where it might have a benefit. I have the same model and did not see the need. |
