90 Accord PROBLEMS!! PLEASE HELP!!
 

I have a 90 accord ex. Everytime I start it up and the engine is cold it is ridiculously loud, shaking, and rough idles bad! Also when I drive I just dont have good acceleration at all, its sluggish. Sometimes the car jerks when i accelerate as well. Just poor performance! Is anyone familiar with these symptoms?? Help?? please??:mad:

when was the last tune up? clean up the idle cut off and throttle valve. check your distributor. check fuel system filter, air filter, spark plugs & wire. timing and belt

I agree with him that you need to check those things .Hope the problem gets solved.

i just replaced spark plug wires, spark flugs and fuel filter, my air filter is only a couple months old, my car drives a little better now, but when its cold its hard to start up, and when it does start it has rough idle, loud and shakes. kinda sputters?

i would try checking your Idle Air Control Valve and Your Pressure Control Valve (IAC valve and PCV valve) both are relatively cheap so it wont be a hug hole in your pocket
