95’ Honda civic lx weird noise
 

So this problem has come apparent when it’s started raining lately but there is the bubbling sound almost like cooking bacon under the dash on the drivers side, and when i took a look it seems to be coming from a brown a white connecter by the firewall anyone have any idea what those are ?
