Accord Touring 2016, parking camera loose

Hi guys, I bought my Accord Touring 2016 new from Honda Dealer near 3 years back. I love the movements, power and comfort of my car. Recently I notice that the parking camera (over the pleta in the trunk) was loose. I brought my car to the dealer about month and a half, service and warranty inspector saw the car, but thay have not call me back for remediation. They told me that is was a prematury camera bracket s wear or something like that. 3 years warranty is about to expire on april. Is there any place I can escalate and get my car fixed. I love Honda, but Service is falling back for customer, at least the one I visit.

welcome to the forum. go back to the service dept and have them fix the camera bracket. also get a hold of American Honda in your area, phone nbr should be in one of the books/pamphlets in the glove box, all Honda's come with this info and tell them after you go in again that there seems a no want to fix at the dealership. have on record that you have taken this in for repair. if you have the last work sheet, take that In with your now new again complaint to the service dept. especially before the warranty goes up.

continue to call and bug them, and the dealership.

If they don't fix it, you can usually sue them under the lemon law. They would then have to fix it, or refund for entire purchase price of your car.

I'm sure if it got to that point, they would rather fix it than take the car back.
