Just bought a brand new black Civic put in garage then noticed all these scratches and a few deep scratches brought it back got it in the garage hood was a mess of scratches and swirl marks and hologram and pigtails.brought it back again,this is 52 miles each way,they took another look at it said they have too paint it,picked it up again,another wasted day off,got it garaged the hood had all bathes,rings and still had pigtails showing.they had taken off hood ,now I have big gap on one side and the nuts have the paint stripped off I'm now waiting for their 3rd phone call saying it's done perfectly (again).Any suggestions on how you would resolve this I've driven over 400 miles and wasted days over my brand new car !

 

document each time you have to have work done on the same complaint, call American Honda and ask for advice, ask the dealer if they are willing to swap for another same color car. take pictures to back up complaints
