Hello all. I have owed my Acura for about 2 years. the previous owner kept maintence and was in pristene condition despite it being 17 years old. I has several problems. i will list them all in importance to how quickly i want them fixed. the first problem has put the car in the garage so help with that first is preferred. I have a minimum wage job and am in high school. i dont get that much income. so cheap fixes are good.

I have a 1991 Acura Integra LS Hatchback. Since this past July my car sometimes just dies. Mostly when i push in the clutch the engine is killed. It normally takes 10-15 minutes to start again. It used to only happen every once in a while. Recently i cannot drive for more than 5 minutes without this happening. It happened at 1.30am then at 1.40am it started up again. It died about 3 more miles down the road. and was down for 10 more minutes. then about 4 more miles and it did it again. I had to call for another ride. The next morning we went and picked it up and was fine till i drove 1.5 miles and it died. So after it started up again i drove it hope but then died about 400 feet from my driveway. It has recently rained a lot here. so i dont know if that contributes. I used to think that it was associated with the heat. but recently it has been no where near cold. any ideas will help. i talked to a friend and he said possibly fuel filter. who knows. i sure as hell dont help would be appreciated.

The speedometer area, i guess more of the dash on the left side has this horrid buzzing sound somtimes. like the speedometer is grinding on somethiung. its weired normally it happens fom 20mph to 45mph. but sometimes more of less than that. i dont have any more info on that issue

The passenger window has lost a lot of power. it is a power window that has an extreme case of pure lazy. some days it wont roll up at all. and other days it goes up but very very slowly. i try and avoid using it but when a new passenger gets in and rolls it down. i cant help it. is there any way to fix this without breaking my wallet.

welcome to the forum, Distributor coil or main relay for first part. Speep-o-meter cluster might be making the noise, for window, go to the junk yard and check out for parts. the window guides may be sticking, use silicone lube. the window motor may be getting old or sluggish, or there is a binding on the lower part of the window crank. Open and check for lubel and binding. need to use a manual if you have not taken the door apart, or the instrument cluster. Library or a haynes or chiltons, or factory manual.
