these check lights will cycle on start up but it doesn’t happen every time. Sometimes it will cycle these codes and other times it won’t. Any and all advice is appreciated.
A frequent event where the root cause of the problem is usually, but not always, the battery. Could be terminal corrosion, old age, bad alternator, bad ground ect ect. I would start with that and go forward from there.

I will check the battery again. Is it possible the recommend battery isn’t strong enough to power everything up when starting?
No, the OEM battery is strong enough when it has sufficient charge. Old age and intermittent use degrades its capacity. When you have a battery that is low it sometimes has a negative effect on the sensitive advanced electronics. When one sensor (like the camera) acts up, it cascades to the entire Honda Sensing suite of toys.
To prevent that from happening, I keep my battery connected to a NOCO that I hardwired in for ease of use. I don’t drive enough to keep the battery charged. Big difference is that my 12v battery does not start the engine.
