Help!
 

So the last couple days my 05 civic has made a clunking sound when starting it up. I just left work and my screen/radio starts randomly coming on. After about ten minutes of turning it off Everytime it came on, all my dash lights started flashing and I lost power. Couldn't accelerate. Was lucky enough to get over to the side of the freeway. I unplugged the negative battery cable and let it reset. My car started up but there was still that clunking noise. Not sure if the noise and electric **** could be a part of the same issue? Any ideas?

My guess would be that the two are related since it happened nearly the same time??
Would put a code reader on and see what the PCM says??
