Ok so i got a 91 civic lx 1.5 liter just bought it recently its my first car and my project car at the same time, the shoulder seat belt doesnt move when i open the door or even when i start my car anyone know what it can be if its a wire or something i dont even know where to begin. thanks

 

welcome to the forum. in your door post, the actuator mechanism may not be workng or may not have power to it or check the door plunger switch.
