Ice/frost on INSIDE of windshield

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2024 passport from my local Honda dealer. One week after purchasing the car, and around the time it got a little bit colder where I live, I noticed (first thing in the morning) a roughly 6“ x 6” patch of “ice“ on the INSIDE of the front windshield. It defrosted pretty quickly as I warmed up the car, but this is not normal on the interior, right? The dealership tells me it was probably due to the car being detailed recently and they’re still being some moisture left in the vehicle.

Excess moisture from detailing could be the cause, but check for leaks (doors, sunroof, HVAC). Use a dehumidifier pack, run the defroster with A/C, and avoid recirculation when parking. If it persists, inspect further.

Mine did that 2 days ago. Mine has a custom vinyl wrap (hand made.. piece by piece.. NOT some fancy expensive option) so that could explain mine. I had to fold various sized pieces of wrap around the doors. OR could have been wrecked. Foggy windshields are a tale-tale sign of a previous wreck.
