same here. new to the forum. got an issue with my girl's crv. battery is shot but she says that the dealer has to change it or the warrenty will be voided. WTF is that all about. The battery isnt even covered by the warrenty. Can this be true?

 

welcome to the forum. Depends on what the warranty covers on the car, and if its for free. what year is the car and what does the contract cover.

 

what year is the crv. some early 2000-2006 hondas have to have constant power running to them or the computer will get either get wiped clean or delete small parts of the factory tune (i dont know why) and the dealership has a special machine to preform this task
