Need help determining value
 

I need to list my 2006 Honda Accord EXL V-6, manual 6 speed and can't seem to find much information in regards to comps. I realize they are somewhat rare, but don't know where to start with an asking price. Here are some details: senior owned (i'm the 2nd owner), well maintained, 145K miles, heated leather seats in good condition, Vredestein all season tires new in December 2019. It's a great car, but we have four vehicles in a two driver household and don't drive it enough.
I would appreciate any input to help me determine what kind of price I should ask for this vehicle. Thank you!
