New Member, strange name...
 

Hello all,

Glad to find this form, as I'm sure i will be on it looking for tips and answers. I am the proud owner of my 1st Scooter....a 1993 Honda Elite 80.

As you may have noticed from my user name, I am a fan of Oldsmobiles...I have several Classic ones in many stages... complete, mid-restoration, parts cars.... that 20 year long project...etc. Well, now i decided to give those 9 MPG big blocks a rest for a while to experience some scooter-ing. :D

I picked this CH80 up from a friend of a friend. Always garaged and stored for the last 10 years! Adult driven and looks very decent for $600 (at least I think so).

Planning on draining the fuel ( if any) new battery, spark plug, oil, clean carb and a good detail. Hoping to have it back on the road 4th of July weekend

Anyway, thanks for having me and I'm looking forward to learning about these ... (I can see me now owning 6 scooters soon)
