2014 Elite Vaccum
 

I have a 2014 Odyssey Elite Touring with the vaccum - i purchased as a Honda certified preowned, and the vacuum has no suction when the hose is extended to the first or second rows. My dealer says this is normal because the vacuum is not "supposed to be that great:" I'm incensed that this would be their position and they have refused to replace the vacuum. I say its faulty, they say it is what it is - lousy. Any feedback would be appreciated! Thank you!
