Car Stereo HELP
 

I know somebody has spoken about the Honda Odyssey car stereo and all the things about the car stereo like the reverse wire and the parking break wire and the rear entertainment system but i cant seem to find anything, no matter how many searches i do and what i search for. Can somebody please help me find something. Im trying to wire up a android car stereo to my 2006 ody but i keep hitting walls in my search for knowledge about this subject. i have found tons of YouTube videos but nobody shows the wires i need to tap into or what all the different plugs in the back of my old stereo did or can do. (it had 6 different plugs) i have the rear entertainment system but i cant use it anymore because my old head unit was dead and not repairable. Thank you.

Maybe Crutchfield would have some information on the wiring diagrams
Or maybe even have the plugs to connect to the vehicle's connectors so you can wire up your head unit.
Scosche is a manufacturer of these type of things.

I tried Crutchfield and they sent me a PDF for my vehicle but it didn't show anything about the plugs or wires of my van. And they didn't have any plugs for the other plugs in my van.

Sounds like they gave you whatever they had for your vehicle
And left it up to you to make sense of it.

I don't haver any friends at all so i just got so fed up i dropped all the stereo stuff i had bought into the trash can and im gonna start over with a much simpler system. 2 speakers and my phone output with a 20w amp from amazon.

Oh no. I am so sorry I could not help.
May be you could have sold those stereo stuff instead of trashing it.
I still think you can make head and tails of it.
Just takes some work.
But, I understand simpler would make life easier.

its ok ive been working on it for the last 3 months or so and i tried several different places like Honda the manufacturer and there dealers and different car stereo places and all i got was a runaround but i finally found here and got some help but still couldn't get enough to save the project. But life goes on and so will i. Thank You.
