Can anyone give some advise as to buying the best trailor hitch for my Honda Odyssey 2011, please? Thanks!

The BEST option would be to install the Genuine Honda Accessory Trailer package designed for your vehicle by Honda. UHAUL or Penske offers aftermarket hitches at their towing centers, but the SAFEST and sure way to get the right hitch is to go with Genuine Honda Accessories!
