Default odyssey cooling system ffailure

8 months ago my timing belt broke and in the process of rebuilding the engine, a new water pump. was installed. last week the radiator blew out, so we replaced it and the car still overheated. The mechanic checked to make sure there was no blockage through the water jacket system, replaced the thermostat and put in a new water pump a part of the process of elimination. There is still no circulation.
any suggestions?

Does anyone know if the cooling system is tied into any electronic or computer system that could cause this?

What all work was done after the timing belt broke. That bends valves.

thanks for getting back. Yes the heads were machined and valves replaced. As it turns out the new radiator had a factory defect that blocked one of the hose ports. Put in a another radiator and now it works fine
