that's cool i usually decorate like this for halloween even though there's really no kids in my neighborhood ill post pics after i setup the yard

It takes many weeks to make them,I build them from PVC pipe the plastic skulls you see at Dollar Tree ,lots of hot glue ,bic pens make up the fingers. Some paper Mache and lacquer paint.The casket is made from old pallets.

such cool decorations! I usually go all out for halloween but didnt this year...oh well always next year
