Default Honda lease

When I signed my lease ther was no mention of Honda not working with third parties or other brands. I see they change their policy not recognizing other brands. I wondering if I am effected by the change since I sign up prior to the policy change. I know other dealers are doing it because the profit in used cars these days. Well if that is the way t I will accept it. However as a lifetime owner of Hondas and Acura I will never purchase another one, I have never been that impressed by my Honda pilot elite anyway

welcome to the forum. As far as I know, when I last looked into leasing a Honda, I was advised that Honda WILL do all the maintenance to the lease due to when its returned back to the dealership, they would like to resell it as a certified used Honda, with all work done by the dealership. Also oil changes were no charge. But if I went over the agreed milage it would cost me unless I did another lease agreement. I just decided to purchase a vehicle.

Very few people benefit from a lease.
