I know this is a shot in the dark, but I know there are a lot of really skilled guys on here so I thought I would throw this out there.

​I am currently looking to hire experienced auto tech, painters, detailers, and car buyers for a new company located in Oxford, NC

Why are you having a problem finding good techs in NC?

Thank you for the question. I would not say we are having issues finding good techs. So far all of the techs we have hired have been amazing. Currently, we are in a situation where we need to hire a large amount of techs over the next year. We are a new start up company so almost everyone has no idea we exist, yet. I just thought I would reach out to some of the various forums to see if there was anyone out there looking. Over time, I expect the word to get out and to have techs come to us looking for work because what we are offering is unheard of in the industry.

I would also point out, our business model and what we are doing is 100% influenced and guided by the feedback that our techs have given us. All of the benefits and ideas we have here have come from out Tech's feedback. This company is going to be very much employee driven.
