Default 80 Honda XL125S Bogging Down

I have a 1980 Honda XL125S Dirt Bike that I have acquired. It starts up fine and idles ok but not great.
Anytime you open the throttle more than a quarter turn it bogs down instantly, sometimes even stalls.
The carburetor was completely disassembled and cleaned thoroughly, put a new spark plug in changed the oil but it still bogs down.
I've tried adjusting the Jet going from lean to rich and vice versa but no change happened.
Don't know what else to do so i figured i come on the forums and ask if anyone has any ideas on what to do next.

welcome to the forum. have you checked any filters in the fuel system, or collapsed fuel line.

Check all the filters, all are clean and i put a new fuel line on, the problem still persists.

you have good clean air, ignition, carb rebuilt. only thing I can think of is the carb is not working correctly.
