I have a 2011 Honda Jazz - last night the car alarm goes off and I then leave it unlocked all night. This morning I manage to lock it using the key fob but about 10 minutes later, the alarm goes off again. I now can't lock the car using the key fob and I expect that if I lock it using the key in the door, the alarm will probably go off again.

The car battery has been checked and is fine and the battery in both fobs has been replaced.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

 

welcome to the forum on my 07 Fit, the key its self caused the alarm to not work properly, had trouble opening the door, fob battery both are good. replaced and reprogramed the key and alarm worked properly. the back up key was good and had no problem with the alarm. (this is only one case)
