pilot has miss fire on #2 and #5 cylinders. normally on start up. hav echecked valve adjustment,replaced plugs and coils. no change, sometimes it will set a 2647 code for vvt. ive replaced it and have cleaned the screen mulitiple times. still get miss fire on 2 and 5 .

 

welcome to the forum. might VERIFY to check, Firing order for 6 cylinder 3.5 is 1 4 2 5 3 6 when you say #2 cylinder it is piston #4, and #5 cylinder is piston 3. can also be dirty injectors. vacuum leak or low compression. per Drivetrain Resource
