Engine Noise from 13 Pilot
 
My 13 Pilot has a loud noise coming from the engine. I've been told it is loudest neat the rear valve covers. Could this need a valve adjustment or is this a possible timing belt tensioner? Below is a link to a video with sound.

Did this happen all at once? Maybe open the hood and record it for us.

It sounds like it may be your timing belt tensioner -- need to repair it immediately.
