Default First Time Honda Owner

All, first-time poster here, I'll give you a brief background.
I just bought a 2006 Pilot, FWD, with 127k on it. The seller advised me before I bought it, he had codes P2646 and P2647. (APP sensor and VVT solenoid). The seller had replaced the plugs, coils, VVT solenoid, and the APP the week before selling it to me. The pilot ran great for a few days, then accelerated on its own one day, and I thought I would crash till I threw it in neutral. I fixed that issue...a cheap APP was installed and was garbage, I installed a genuine Honda APP, and it ran like a dream for two days. Now it seems to go into low power mode and if you reach 40mph likes to buck like a bull out of the gate. Also, when started and left in park, it will start to rev to 3000rpm on its own.

Issues:
-Only error code showing now on my OBD II and the AutoZone guy is P2646 (the solenoid again)
-low power/jerky will only do 40mph
-will rev on its own.
-only once I smelled the faint odor of antifreeze. (no antifreeze in oil, though)

Replaced:
APP coil/sensor
VVT solenoid/senor (the screen is clean as a whistle)
PCV valve
EGR Valve
Plugs / Coils
As soon I bought it, I drained and put in Royal Purple HMX 5w-20
Air Filter
Lucas Oil Injector cleaner w/87 octane top tier

My thoughts on what could be the issue.
-Timing belt..(I've ordered a new belt and Aisen water pump)
-Vacuum leak (sprayed carb cleaner around gaskets while idling high, and it didn't do anything)
-Bad ECM
-Head gasket (I haven't noticed any leaking)
-Valves need to be adjusted?

This is my first Honda. What are yalls thoughts?
