I have a 2006 pilot. I drive mainly highwaytoand from work. 55,000 miles on the vehicle. I went in for tires last week, and was told I needed new tie rods.
To me it seems kind of early to need to replave a tie-rod. Please let me know if I am being ripped off. I was tols this at the dealer where I purchased the vehicle from.

welcome to the forum, take the car to a reputable alighnment shop, one you trust and ask them to check the tie rod ends, see if they need replacement. do you do any 4 x 4 driving, or hard on driveways. Also if you jack up one side of the front, you can shake the wheel and see if the rod end is loose/worn.
