Third Row Headrest Issue
 

We have a 2017 Honda Pilot. One headrest on the third row is locked in the down position so that it juts out horizontally from the top of the seat. The headrests move into this position when you pull the strap to lower the seat into the down position. When you put the seats back up you are supposed to be able to manually move the headrest back into the upright position. This works fine for one of the third row headrests but on the other one you can manually move the headrest upright but it will not lock into place so it just falls back into the down position.
