300volts to starter!
So i recently swapped an h22a4 into my 94 prelude and moved the fuse box into the passenger side by the ecu and now my multimeter is reading 300 milivolts to the starter! Any ideas on why?

Meter problems? Where on the vehicle do you get that kind of voltage?

That means zero really. What do you get with KOEO. Lights? Turn to start and anything? Clicks?
We need something to go on. I have the factory info for it if you need something. |

nvm I finally figured it out it was a ground

When i moved the battery to the trunk i didnt notice the ground attached to the transmission so i just ran a ground from the transmission to the battery in the trunk and turned over no problem
