No headlights tail lights or turn signals

No headlights tail lights or turn signals

My son just bought a 93 Honda prelude. And we can seem to get any of the exterior lights to work. Check all the fuses and the are good. Replace the relay. Replace the switch and still nothing. Any suggestions.

Did you check the fuses to see if they have power on them?
Did you check the stalk switch that is on the steering column?
