This has been a part of my family and would hate to sell it but I recently bought a BMW wich is now my next project, so we have to let this go. I also has a DSM that's built so time and money wise! for 3 cars, 1 kid and wife, just too much to handle!!! I installed the engine last Nov of 2006 and stop driving it 3 months ago. It's a JDM F22B engine. As some of you know this only exist in Japan. But it's basically a combination of f22b1 block and H23 head. It is what we call a frankenstein set up here in US. Most of the Honda fanatics used the f22a1 block with their H series head as an upgrade specially for force induction setup. The f22a1 block is stronger and has a cast iron sleeves. And it has a lower compression ratio of 8.5:1-9:1. We only use 1 car, I used a company vehicle to go to work and back home. My wife doesnt' work yet so this car is being used for daily arrands. Like what I said my wife drove this car and was never abused. It was never in the track eighther. The car is consevatively tuned right now for reliability. It has more potential if your gonna push it but I chose the durability. It has beatten 2 Subaru STi in the highway, so I know it has some serious Horsepower under that hood. Also, all minor and major tuned up has already been done. So you basically just drive this till the next tune up. This car is monitored for 18mpg on regular street and 21mpg on highway.
