Hi guys,
Never thought it would come to this but I'm selling my baby. Really don't want to but things happen and I need to get an adult car lol.
I will be taking pictures tomorrow and adding all detailed specs, right now just creating the thread.
The car is pretty much complete in my view, only thing I would throw on it is a limited slip differential but other than that it's complete. It doesn't stand out too much, I wanted to stay a little bit under the radar and make it look a bit more subtle and stock on the outside. The only thing that gives it away is the huge IC on the front, other than that it looks and sounds like a regular Civic with a muffler(minus the annoying resonating noise, it actually sounds good).
Exterior:
-1997 Honda Civic Dx painted Fuji Blue
-2000 Honda Si front and rear bumpers with Si front and rear lip
-2000 Honda Civic headlights and taillights
-carbon fiber sideskirts
-carbon fiber hood painted partially
-headlight eyebrows
Interior:
-mostly stock with exception of:
-RAZO shiftknob
-RAZO carbon fiber dashboard
-AEM Wide Band Air/Fuel ratio gage
-Fuze Voltmeter
-Pioneer CD/MP3 player
-Rockford speakers in the front and back
-3" tweeters in the front
Engine Block:
-H22A4 block and head
-block blueprinted, bored and honed, crank polished
-Darton Sleeves with closed deck
-Manley Pistons 87.5-88mm
-Manley I-beam rods
-compression ratio set to 8.8
Engine Valvetrain:
-3 angle valve job
-hot tank valve treatment
-Supertech 35mm intake valves
-Supertech 30mm exhaust valves
-Crower valves and dual springs
-crome polished valve head
Drivetrain:
-Clutchmasters Stage 4 clutch kit
-new OEM flywheel
Turbo Kit:
-Borg Warner 366 bullseye turbo, stainless hot side, aluminum cold side
-Tial BOV
-Tial 44mm wastegate
-AEM boost controller
-Dual Walbro Fuel system with return lines
-Bosch 1000cc injectors
-AEM fuel rail
-Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
-all intake pipes are 3" all the way through
-all exhaust housing is 3" all the way through
-gutted out catalytic converted
-3" straight pipe all the way back
-3" Apexi exhaust muffler
-Golden Eagle intake manifold
Electronics:
-Hondata S300 tuning
-OBDII to OBDI harness
Suspension:
-KYB AGX adjustable shocks
-Ground Control springs, 2" drop
-I also have a brand new set of Ground Control coilovers with adjustable height perches specifically designed to work with KYB shocks. Also specifically designed for heavier H22 engine in this chassis, stiffer springs up front: GROU 99CIV H22A
Brakes:
Tenzo-R front big brake kit
Wheels:
19" 6 spoke with 2" chrome polished lip
-215/35/ZR19 Kumho Ecsta in the back
-215/25/ZR19 Nitto Neo Gen up front
-I also have Sattelite Radio, through Sirius, module and antennae I can throw in.
Engine was built by Fastlane in North Houston:
-resleeved, piston, rods, 3-angle valve job, valves, springs, retainers
Tuning and custom fab done by Secret Services Auto by 59S and B-8:
-custom side mount exhaust manifold, bullseye 366 turbo, custom IC piping, huge intercooler
-all piping designed to fit A/C(YES, Air Conditioning, specifically for my request). Currently A/C is not on the car, need to get custom made lines but I have the rest of the components. A/C was working flawless on the H22 before the turbo install.
I will post the complete list of modifications and pictures ASAP.
I haven't spared a penny on it, only the best parts. Quality, reliability and performance were the 3 things I've told to both shops and that's exactly what this car has. Turbo is good up to 800whp, engine is good for 1000whp. Not bragging, it's what my tuners told me.
I want to pass this complete project to someone else who wants to enjoy a civic with H22 torque and displacement while having a turbo kit and be a street driven car.
The perfect gift to yourself money can buy. For the money I've put in it, I'm asking a VERY fair price.
I've been out on a Galveston Cruise 2010 and out by I-10, the folks at Fastlane and SSA have put their time, dedication and love into it, people have seen my car and can vouch for it's reliability and performance.
Thanks for looking, Viktor.
Finally got a chance to get some pictures while it's sunny
