I am looking for a front bumper for a 92 Integra. I live in riverside.

welcome to the forum, have you tired the salvage yards, Ecology, Pick u parts, then craigslist.org, ebay, dap honda parts. Lots or yards in riverside, and lots in Ontario.

I too think that you can easily locate your stuff at your nearest junkyards. Besides you can also check out some online stores. A friend recently bought pairs of doors, mirrors and bumper assembly for his Accord from http://www.autopartsfair.com/exterior_parts/ at decent price point. You can give them a look as well.
