Default DTC codes after timing belt replacement

'06 Ridgeline in which I just replaced the timing belt, hydraulic tensioner, tensioner pulley and water pump. The engine now has a difficult time at starting and running, but when it does run, the ECU is displaying P0344, P0389 and P2101 codes. The vehicle has 210k miles on it.
When the engine does start and run it will idle well, but will not accelerate (hence the P2101 code)
I've double checked connections to both the crank and camshaft position sensors, both are OK.
Is it possible for either of these sensors (both are original) to go bad and to trigger DTC's for either one?

Thanks in advance!
