Post D15b7 rocker arm assembly bolts?

I'm having a hard time finding bolts for a d15b7 head that fit the rocker arm assembly. I'll attach a picture that has an image and a part number. Just wondering if anyone would know where to find any or what would fit. Anything would be helpful. The flange bolts are discontinued and honda no longer makes them. I can't even find after market flange bolts. Flange bolts are the high lighted blue and green

It seems I found a place that has them. But under a different part number also they seem to sell all three kinds of flange bolts. The website is www.1hondaparts.com again it seems they have them I will try ordering and see I guess. Time will tell.
