Default Color blind?

New member here 2018 RTLE white pearl. While showing off the new ride to a neighbor last evening he pointed out a color difference between the cab and the section behind where the rear window is. It's been bugging me all day and I did call the dealer who wants to take a picture and send to Honda. I'm attaching a picture for reference has anyone else had this problem with this or other colors. It's not as obvious in some light conditions but very visible in others. This pic was taken at 7:30 on a bright clear evening. I'm reluctant to push for a repaint as I'm familiar with color matching and how difficult it can be. Any thoughts or just close my eyes. Pretty obvious
Same from another angle

welcome to the forum. i have noticed that when a vehicle is painted with a pearl paint, the paint on the metal and paint on the plastic appears different. the same paint is used but the material being painted shows like a slight flaw.

Thanks for the feedback, on the Ridgeline forum a few members suggested the same thing - plastic versus metal. I'm not going to take it in special, just point it out on first service. One of the others said his wife's Accura had the same visual difference as well. Hard to believe they don't correct it, which can be done however they'd have different paint codes for different body panels. Otherwise, this is a great vehicle.

Default color blind

Maybe they're trying to bring back the two-tone paint job?

Plastic and Aluminum always seem to be slightly darker.
