last dec i bought a 96 cbr 900 rr, irode it one time in april and had to let it sit for 8 months dec when i returned home i started it up so i thought it was ok,i have tried to start it jan feb and march this year so far all it does is back fires what do you think the problem is i need some advice soon cause its getting time to ride again please help me

 

Gas has turned to gum.should have used stabil when not using for long periods of time.

 

Also clean out or overhaul your carbs. gummed up the slides.
