400ex axle removal
 

So, I have the lock nuts or whatever they are called. The things that you have to loosen between the rotor and the hub. I took my lock pin off and the actual threads with the two locking nuts still won't come off. Its like it still has another locking pin on there but it doesn't. It just won't come off. It'll slide back and forth but won't come so so I can continue to take the rotor off.

Is it not breaking free or is the nut its self not unscrewing all the way? Pictures would help.

There is a grove that the whole assembly goes on it. Kinda like the hub. It'll slide back and forth bit when it get to where the lock pin is it'll stop even with the lock pin out.
