2016 rubicon lights & winch problem
 

I have a 2016 Rubicon when the quad is running my lights the winch and the 4 wheel drive button is not working, therefore it will not engage in four-wheel-drive. But if the quad is not running with the key in the off position the lights work the winch works and the four-wheel-drive button works . Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
