Front wheel tight

Noticed a rubbing/grinding noise when turning sharply coming from drivers side front. I jacked it up and removed the wheel to check rotors/cv joint but noticed the wheel would barely turn. I removed the calliper and pads completely but the rotor and hub still only turn with a lot of force. Car is in neutral, can't see it rubbing anywhere...? Wheel bearing possibly?

2005 Accord EX-L

Any help appreciated,

Thanks

Check your wheel bearings maybe.

Yes , changed both inner and outer bearings , changed teflon spacers around , changed hex and pin.
Tried both a pro-line wheel and stock wheel with same result.

I just got the truck a couple weeks ago and ran it a few times , dont know if the wheel was tight then or not? Never looked at it untill today. I installed a new set of pro-line wheels and found it tight , thought maybe the wheels were the problem and put the stocks back on but it was still tight.
Thats when I started changing all the new parts.
