Unhappy 1999 cr-v replace ignition switch assembly-no key no key code

can't remove the cylinder. It's hollowed out; the keyhole and wafers fell out while trying to turn the dang screw driver. I've been at it for 3 whole days. I surely damaged the whole assembly from the beating I gave hammering the screwdriver. Gonna replace it with the one I got from the junk yard. And as expected, I can't remove that either without the key. I see the pins in both holes and I feel them press down with the punch but I just couldn't turn the cylinder. There's gotta be a way to remove that switch assembly without keys. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW??? THE MANUAL WAS NO HELP. I have $0 so I have to do it myself. I can do it, just need a way that doesn't require keys. I already lowered the steering column, covers are off, and wires are disconnected. I'm ready to go. I need help!

She is also on the CRVownersclub forum. And have plenty of answers from other members there. She is not technically inclined.
And so have had many issues which needed detailed answers. I had posted youtube videos in hopes she would be able to do it herself.
She hasn't come back here. And she seems to have whited out her original post here.
