Default 2000 CRV fuel line sizes

Hello All, I'm a newbie to this forum. Unfortunately I need to replace the brakelines and fuel lines that run from the front to the rear of the car. There are 5 lines inside the plastic rail and I see 3 different sizes. Could anyone tell me the sizes? I believe the brake lines are 3/16" (ID). I'm assuming the fuel lines are 1/4" and 5/16". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was suggested to me to just replace the steel fuel lines with rubber from the filter back to the tank. I would be using rubber (pressure rated for fuel injection) lines for all 3 fuel lines. The lines would need to be kept away from the exhaust and supported well. I still need to figure out what size to run since there are two different sizes of fuel lines. Any suggestions?
