Default 91 Accord fuel line tube nut available?

I need to make new fuel lines to replace rusty fuel lines.

The tube nut located on the drivers side rear of the car near the gas tank appears to be unavailable. This is the one on the fuel feed.

It is a male flare for 5/16 line and is a 12 x1.5 mm thread long nut. The overall length is 28 mm which seems to make it an unusual size.

Honda tells me it is only available as part of their pre-assembled replacement fuel line. Their drawings do not indicate a specific part number so I'm not able to order from Honda because they don't know what it is.

Several hours of internet searching has revealed plenty of these nuts but in shorter lengths that won't work.

Trips to local supply shops like NAPA Autozone and others have been fruitless.

Other than trying to reuse the old rusty original tube nuts can anyone suggest a source that has these 5/16 fuel line tube nuts?

Thanks.

Welcome to the forum,I did a search also and you are right,What I would do is find a hardware supply house and bring the sample with you to try and match it up,maybe start with an Ace hardware. Good luck,Bobby
