2003 CRV will not shift out of Park without the override
Ok my daughter has a 2003 CRV that we bought used from the dealer. After having the car for about a year the shifter will no longer shift out of or into park without using the override. I have done a lot of research but know I am stuck.
I have replace the brake light switch and replaced the shift lock solenoid and that didn't work. Took it to the dealer and they were stumped and said that it was a relay behind the glove box that that caused this but when she picked it up it still didn't work. Never took it back to the dealer. I have checked the specks on the TPS and adjusted it as it was just out of spec but this didn't help. I have also checked all of the fuses and they are good.
Now I am at a loss and need help trying to figure you out what I should be looking at next.
