I have a 2010 CRV that did not come from the factory with a bluetooth radio.
Does anyone know if there is a Honda bluetooth radio that will work in this car?

 

The EX-L had bluetooth in the Honda unit with Sat-Nav.

You would likely pay through the nose if you could find one and it would be a decade old.

Why not check out aftermarket units that will fit and likely be better?

Crutchfield is my go to place for auto audio. They came up with a bluetooth unit for my 2011 Baby Daimler that included the face plate, connectors and clips.

YMMV
