Default 2011 honda crv ex l problem with vents

Hey guys so I’ve looked everywhere not sure what to do at this point but my crv sometimes the vents have very little air coming out of them when on max fan speed , you can hear the blower motor speed up and slow down as you use the controls so I don’t think that’s the issue I did replaced the hvac mode door actuator and didn’t seem to fix the issue. When the car was producing little air I checked to see if the actuator was functioning properly which it is , same with the blend door actuator working fine . Engine and cabin filter are pretty clean, coolant looks clean and is full, and yes my vents are open all the way so not sure what’s going on it’s starting to get cold here and have no heat sometimes going to work

So when on defrost, vent, floor etc where does the air go?

Did you see that the ducts are not warped or seated wrong? Check at the motor.
