2017 CRV EXL Gas in Oil issue?
Has anyone experienced gas filtering into their oil on this model? On carcomplaints.com, this issue is known in Canada and other overseas companies. Anyone in the USA having this issue? Any other quality issues with this model? Called a Minnesota dealer, this is a known issue in colder climates.

welcome to the forum. few members from cold state have posts about this, dealership just changes the oil and advises the owner to monitor the oil level. this also happens on the 1.5 turbo. only fix i have seen the dealer do is change the oil and filter, might check again with the dealership and ask if there has been a fix to this oil fuel problem.

Scotty Kilmer video about the 1.5 turbo with GDI was very interesting
He said that the combo of the two systems turbo and GDI create huge pressures in the cylinder
and causes the fuel to blow pass the rings. Turbo without the GDI or GDI without the turbo has had little fuel in the oil issue.
Don't know if he is right or not.
