Default 2019 CRV Steering Issue

I purchased a 2019 CRV EX in Oct 23. Around 65k miles I noticed there was an issue when driving in normal conditions, the car kinda pulled left and when I tried to straighten it by turning to the right, it was almost jerk. Dropped it off at the dealership, they drove it nothing happened. I told them it’s usually at 65mph + when it happens. Sometimes between 55-65. They then had the car duplicate what I mentioned and then the couldn’t get it to do it again. 2 weeks went by no issues. Then it started doing it again. I reset settings like someone said before in the forum and no change happened. I ended up trading for a 2019 CRV EXL. Had about 53k miles and never had the issue until 63k miles and it’s acting like the other. Anyone have any advice or similar issues that were resolved. I dropped it off today for them to try and resolve this

Is your power steering hydraulic or it is electrical?

Electric. Actually received a call from the service dept and it’s the rack and pinion causing the issue, they say
