Default Aftermarket headunit to replace OE Sat Nav?

Hi -

Has anyone managed to find a wiring harness to swap the (shockingly bad) factory Sat Nav headunit for an aftermarket one? Would need somewhere preferably in the UK. Got nowhere with Connects2 and Autoleads haven't even answered my enquiry. Would really like to get rid of the standard headunit, and hoping to be able to retain the reversing camera!
